one day  the serpentine belt broke on my vehicle (in my driveway, luckily). My thought was to have it towed to my usual shop then have them work on it. I searched for a towing service and Dakota's Automotive came up. It's important to note that this was about 7:00 pm (after hours for most places). They reached out immediately and started a conversation about towing. They offered to send out a technician to actually work on the vehicle in my driveway the next day rather than tow it to the shop. Think about that. They could have just cheated me, towed it, worked on it, then had me pick it up. But instead, they provided a cheaper alternative that was more convenient for me. The technicians came to my house in the morning with the parts, replaced the serpentine belt, and ran diagnostics on the transmission at my request. They flushed the transmission at my request, as well. The technician (none other than Dakota himself) diagnosed a problem with my transmission. "Oh no," I thought, "this is going to cost me more than the vehicle itself." I was wrong. I spoke with Leita back at the office and she quoted a VERY reasonable price to fix the transmission. Too late to make a long story short, but Dakota's Automotive is now my place. They're honest, hard working, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
